laboratoire-renascor.com is the online distribution site of Laboratoire RENASCOR, RNS Lab, a SASU with a capital of 39,000€, headquartered at 128 rue la Boétie - 75008 PARIS. Laboratoire RENASCOR formulates, produces, promotes, and distributes hair care products dedicated to combating hair loss, particularly transient alopecia, whether total or partial. These products are therefore dedicated to post-medication hair growth, including chemotherapy as a real cause. laboratoire-renascor.com is dedicated to the information and marketing of the care formulated by its Laboratory to both professional and non-professional buyers. It is understood that professional buyers are identified as being exclusively pharmacies. SAS RENASCOR is registered in the Paris RCS: 82055890600047- VAT intra community FR60820558906. These General Terms of Sale govern solely and without restriction the sales of products made from the site laboratoire-renascor.com.
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE - ACCEPTANCE BY THE CUSTOMER
The General Terms of Sale specify the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and management of possible returns of Products ordered by clients who act as non-professional buyers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" on the site laboratoire-renascor.com.) The General Terms of Sale are accessible at any time on the site laboratoire-renascor.com. The Customer declares to have acknowledged the General Terms of Sale and to have accepted them by ticking the box "I accept the General Terms of Sale" before implementing the online ordering procedure. The choice and purchase of a Product are under the sole responsibility of the Customer. The customer is invited to refer to the description of each Product to learn about its properties and particularities, especially regarding the sought-after characteristics. The sale will only be considered final after laboratoire-renascor.com sends the Customer confirmation of the acceptance of the order by email and after the full price has been collected by laboratoire-renascor.com. ARTICLE 3 – PRICING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise specified, prices are indicated in Euros on laboratoire-renascor.com and are inclusive of all taxes (including VAT at the applicable rate on the day of the order). These prices take into account any possible discounts granted by laboratoire-renascor.com. Prices are always quoted exclusive of delivery charges; the client is informed of the amount of delivery charges at the time of placing the order. Products for sale are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the client's order confirmation. The price indicated during the order process and confirmation by laboratoire-renascor.com is the final price. Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to stock availability. laboratoire-renascor.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Data provided by the Client and recorded by laboratoire-renascor.com at the time of the order constitute proof of transactions between laboratoire-renascor.com and the Client. After validation of the order by the Client, laboratoire-renascor.com will send a confirmation email to the Client to notify that the order has been registered. The price of the Products purchased is payable in full on the day of placing the order by the Client, laboratoire-renascor.com will not be obliged to deliver the Products ordered by the Client if the price has not been paid in full beforehand. Ownership of the Products is transferred to the Client only after full payment of the price by the latter. The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the Products will be carried out after delivery and receipt of the Products by the Client. Delivery charges are indicated on laboratoire-renascor.com and are expressed all-inclusive. These charges are the responsibility of the Client and are billed in addition to the sale price of the Products. They are offered from purchases of 69 € TTC. This limit may change, the Client will be notified on the site and at the time of their order. The Client will be informed before the final registration of their order of the delivery charges related to their order, and payment will be requested from the Client for the total amount of the purchase.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
Products purchased by the Client will be delivered within a period of 2 to 5 days following the day of the order to the address indicated by the Client during their order on laboratoire-renascor.com. In case of exceeding this deadline, not justified by a case of force majeure, the Client may request the cancellation of the sale under the conditions provided in article L. 114-1 of the Consumer Code and obtain a refund of the amounts paid on the occasion of the sale. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the ordered Products will be delivered in a single shipment. Deliveries are carried out by an independent carrier. The Client is required to check the condition of the delivered Products. They have a period of 15 days from the delivery to make any reservations or claims for non-compliance or apparent defect of the delivered Products, with all the relevant supporting documents, by registered mail addressed to Laboratoire RENASCOR – Customer Service – 128 rue la Boétie – 75008 PARIS or by email at the following address: contact@laboratoire-renascor.fr. After this period and failing to have respected these formalities, the Products will be deemed to comply and be free of any apparent defect and no claim can be validly accepted by laboratoire-renascor.com. The Client validates their mode of transport, COLISSIMO. In case of loss of the package, the responsibility of laboratoire-renascor.com cannot be engaged. The carrier's parcel deposit certificate is proof of its proper delivery. If Laboratoire RENASCOR is unable to demonstrate the proper execution of its service provider, a new package will be sent at its expense. laboratoire-renascor.com will replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the Products delivered whose apparent defects or defects of conformity have been duly proven by the Client. In case of a return due to a delivery error or a request for exchange, any non-compliant Product must be returned in its entirety and in its original packaging accompanied by the Delivery Note to Laboratoire RENASCOR – Customer Service – ESAT - 3 avenue de l’Europe– 34350 VENDRES. The non-compliant Product will be refunded within a period of 7 days from the return of the article. The shipping and return costs of the non-compliant Product will be borne by Laboratoire RENASCOR. Any package shipped, not claimed by the buyer, and returned by the carrier to laboratoire-renascor.com can be reshipped to the buyer subject to the payment of new shipping costs incurred. If the buyer no longer wishes to receive their order, only the amount of the products will be refunded, excluding delivery charges. Any package reshipped due to incorrect entry of coordinates or due to an order error attributable to the buyer, can be reshipped subject to the payment of new shipping costs incurred. ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the law, the Client has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of the Products to return them to laboratoire-renascor.com for a refund. The client may return the purchased Product within the aforementioned period, with the date on the delivery slip being the reference, provided the following conditions are met: 1 - The Products must be returned in their original and complete state, suitable for resale as new, accompanied by the return slip included in the shipment and the delivery slip. 2 - The Products must be returned to the following address: Laboratoire RENASCOR – Customer Service – ESAT - 3 avenue de l'Europe– 34350 VENDRES. laboratoire-renascor.com advises its customers to opt for parcel tracking to avoid any inconvenience in case of loss or theft of Products during return transport. 3 - The sums paid by the Client will be fully refunded by bank check within a maximum of 30 days from exercising the right of withdrawal. Return costs will be borne exclusively by the Client. 4 - If desired, the Client may opt for another form of reimbursement, such as credits or vouchers, as proposed by laboratoire-renascor.com. 5 - In case of partial return of Products, shipping costs will not be reimbursed by laboratoire-renascor.com since the client has benefited from the delivery service for the items kept; delivery rates do not change depending on the volume ordered. 6 - In case of partial or total return of Products involved in a global promotional offer including one or more gifts, the gifts given by laboratoire-renascor.com for the purchase of one or more Products must be returned to laboratoire-renascor.com. If the client keeps the gifted Product(s) from the global promotional offer, they will be invoiced at their original price. A supplementary invoice will be issued for this within 15 days of the partial return of the Products and accessible in the "my account" area. 7 - In case of partial return of Products involved in a global promotional offer including discounts, the Products kept by the client will be invoiced at their original price, without promotion. A supplementary invoice will be issued for this within 15 days of the partial return of the Products and accessible in the "my account" area. 8 - In case of return of Products after the aforementioned period, the client will not be refunded. Upon request of the client, and for a period of 1 month, the Products can be reshipped at their expense.
ARTICLE 6 - DATA PROTECTION AND FREEDOMS
The client is informed that the information related to their order is subject to automated data processing. In accordance with Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, it is reminded that the personal data requested from the Client are necessary for the processing of their order and are intended for internal use by laboratoire-renascor.com. The client has a right of access, modification, correction in their "my account" space, and opposition by contacting customer service by email at contact@laboratoire-renascor.com. This automated data processing aims to define a level of analysis of a transaction and to fight against credit card fraud. laboratoire-renascor.com may request supporting documents from the client (ID in the name of the cardholder, proof of address, etc.). If the client refuses to provide these documents or information, laboratoire-renascor.com will cancel the order and proceed with the refund of the Product. The occurrence of an unpaid due to a fraudulent authorization of a credit card and the irregular or false declarations of the client will result in the registration of the coordinates related to the order associated with this unpaid within a payment incident file managed by laboratoire-renascor.com.
ARTICLE 7 – APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
This contract is governed by French law. Any disputes arising from this contract, concerning its validity, interpretation, execution, termination, their consequences and follow-ups will be submitted to the competent courts of Béziers (34) under common law conditions.
ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the laboratoire-renascor.com website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of laboratoire-renascor.com or its partners. Under no circumstances is the client or any other person authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any title whatsoever, even partially, elements of the aforementioned website. Trade names, brands, and distinctive signs of Products on laboratoire-renascor.com are protected under trademark law; the reproduction or representation of any part of these elements is strictly prohibited.
