Delivery Conditions

Laboratoire RENASCOR offers fast and reliable delivery in France and in several European countries, in partnership with the carrier DPD.

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. A tracking link is sent to the customer once the shipment is processed.

Delivery in France

Two delivery methods are available:

Delivery to a DPD Pickup point

  • €4.90 for any order under €59

  • Free from €59 of purchase

Home delivery with time slot (DPD Predict)

  • €6.90 for any order under €59

  • €3.90 from €59 of purchase

Delivery in Europe

Deliveries are handled by DPD Classic. Delivery times vary from 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination.

Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands

  • €6.90 for any order under €79

  • Free from €79 of purchase

Zone 2: Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic

  • €8.90 for any order under €119

  • Free from €119 of purchase

Zone 3: Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden

  • €9.90 for any order under €119

  • Free from €119 of purchase

Additional Information

  • All deliveries are tracked.

  • In France, a signature is requested at Pickup points and during home deliveries, unless a secure drop-off has been authorised by the recipient.

  • In Europe, parcels may be handed over against signature or deposited depending on the delivery practices of the local carrier and the options selected by the recipient.

  • In case of absence during home delivery, a second attempt or a redirection to a pickup point may occur, depending on DPD’s local procedures.
